Background
The first case of the COVID-19 pandemic in India was reported on 30 January 2020, originating from China. As
of 8 May 2020, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare have confirmed a total of 56,342 cases, 16,2540
recoveries (including 1 migration) and 1886 deaths in the country. Experts suggest the number of infections could
be much higher as India's testing rates are among the lowest in the world. The infection rate of COVID-19 in
India is reported to be 1.7, significantly lower than the worst affected countries.
In Andhra Pradesh this pandemic tally has gone up to 1177 with 31 deaths 266 recovered. Still 911 active cases
are there In the COVID hospital to get recovery.
Problem statement
Let me explain the context of this Capstone project through a scenario. The state Andhra Pradesh comprises of 13
districts (Borough). Till now each district has crossed the zero status to stamp as either orange or red zone.
Before a week 2 districts Srikakulam and Vizianagram were with the zero, status labels as green zone. I proposed
this project after going through the pandemic updates. There is a battle for red to orange or orange to green among
the boroughs.

The Methodology section will describe the main components of our analysis and predication system. The
Methodology section comprises four stages:

3. Data preparation and preprocessing
4. Modeling

Conclusion: This is an effort to design the project on the battle of COVID in state Andhra Pradesh, India.
This design is developed after collection of data from various sources. In future regression and machine learning
techniques are applied to design mathematical models.
