The main aim is making the
donation process easy by
collecting all types donations and
delivering them to the respective
organizations maintaining
transparency in a single portal .

2. PROBLEM STATEMENT:
 A single portal for essential donations donations.
 Transparency in the system to prevent malpractices.
 Blood can be easily donated by the donor ,to the needy,with
consent of the admin , at the required time without any need
third party.
 Donors can also register for Organ donation to the gov.t hospitals
.
 Plants/saplings can also be donated to the respective
organizations with just one click.
 You can also buy tickets for street cause events here.
 Household items can also be donated.
 Funds can also be donated through by payment through card,
internet banking and e-wallets. This will be used for the education,
sanitation, hygiene of the needy.

 The volunteer is a person from a respective
organization and can login and know all the
details about the donations to his

 Donor:
 This person can give his donations to the
respective organizations using our portal. He
need to fill up the form and submit it and his
donations are given to the respective
organizations.

5. MODULES IN THE CASE OF BLOOD DONATION:
ADMIN:
THE ADMIN HAS ALL THE DETAILS OF THE DONORS
AND THE NEEDY. BASED ON THE BLOOD
REQUIREMENT OF THE NEEDY HE CAN CONTACT
THE RESPECTIVE DONORS SO THAT THOSE WHO
ARE AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME WILL REACH THE
NEEDY.
DONOR:
HE CAN REGISTER IN THE PORTAL AND WILL GET AN
ALERT WHEN THERE IS ANY NEED.
NEEDY:
HE NEED TO PROVIDE DETAILS INTO THE PORTAL
AND ACCORDING TO THE BLOOD GROUP AND
AREA THE ADMIN WILL SEND THE DONOR A
MESSAGE AND HENCE HE CAN RECEIVE BLOOD.

6. Proposed system:
 A single portal for all donations and hence making the
donation process easy and transparent.
 Transparency is achieved as all the details provided
by the donor is directly sent to the volunteer of the
respective organization.He can view them by loging
in.
 A donor can donate all types of donations in this website.
 Blood donation:
The admin gets all the details of the donors and the needy
and hence when a particular blood group is needed he can
easily get the list of the donors and contact them according
the requirement.
This makes blood donation easier as everything is online and
there is no need of third person.
And hence the available donor can reach the needy easily.

7.  Organ donation:
Donor can register for organ donation here and
after his death his organs will be donated to gov.t
hospitals.
 Sapling donation:
The donor can donate saplings here and it will be
donated to respective organization.
 Household item donation:
The donor can donate household items here and
will be donated to respective organization.
 Donating funds:
The donor can donate money and this money
will be spent towards education, sanitation and
hygiene.

the form of tabkles as shown in the video.
In the case of blood donation….The admin gets all the details of
the donors and the needy in the form of table directly from the
database and hence when a particular blood group is needed he
can select the corresponding radio button and can easily get the
list of the donors and contact them according to the requirement.
