“Open”

4. This function allows the user to view all jobs by status by switching tabs. Jobs marked “Open” can
be re-edited for submission. Jobs marked “Completed” can be re-opened and edited; the status will
be changed to “Open” again.

20. Editing a Job: Update / submitted job orEach new page creation is JOB

re-submit a “completed” job for re-editing customized according to an Ektron

• Clicking on an “OPEN” job
allows the user to edit the job
without changing the job
number.
If an existing page requires, editing, it is possible to edit directly from within a
section module by clicking on the page title. The page will be marked as
“OPEN” again and will carry a new Job number.
