 In this Chaitanya mahostav more than 60000 new shadhaks haveregistered
 Human civilization developed very rhythmically. There weredifferent ways of worships
in different people. Few people went into the Himalayas to get into vicinity of nature
and never came back so there experience and knowledge didn’treach to society. Few
mahatmas returned to develop humanity in humans. They gave knowledgein formof
updesh which few people adopted and many didn’t.
 Before 800 years mahatmas in Himalayas were thinking about the solution at the same
time Saint Gynashewar in Maharashtra cameup with idea of “World Religion”. In the
book Gyanshwarihegave detailed description of Kundalini Shakti but he didn’t gave
anubhuti to anyoneas his guru told him that the time is not right for it, the right time
will come after 800 years.
 I was sent by siddhas of Himalayas to distribute the knowledgeof anubhuti to society. I
was chosen because I was common householder sameas you.
 I was sent to the society to spread the messagefrommy guru that Women is NOT a
barrier for the spiritual progress.

 Anubhuti is live whereas knowledgein the books is justinformation. Get the

 Humans haveconstant thoughts of either past or future. There are many ways to get
the state of thoughtlessness such as worship, which wehavelost becausenow no one
has time to do it properly. Another one is going to temples which is also ruined
because wecarry our problems everywhere with us. New way of getting peace of mind
is MEDITATION.
 Don’tcome with any expectation in this way. MEDITATEWITHOUTANYEXPECTATION.
 Make meditation a hobby justlike football and badminton. Do meditation becauseyou
feel good by doing it not to get something, even don’texpect that the meditation
should be good justcome as a puresoul.
 I connected myself to Gurucharan (guru’sfeet) that’s why I progressed spiritually. I am
justa medium.
 Moksha and death is not related things. Moksha means a state of being when you
have nothing remained to achieve
 I haven’tseen a situation like Corona in my lifetime when whole world get affected
simultaneously .

will be a year of depression and inspired to conduct shibirs especially for doctors,
police and kids.
 Corona gave a positive messageto the world that all humans are equal
 During pandemic all places of worships wereclosed so going within yourself was the
only option left
 Sadhaks who weredoing meditation regularly wherenot affected at all by the
situation because they knew how to go inside of themselves
 In Himalayas there are no rituals, idols, etc. all siddhas experience Parmatma within
inside of themselves so they don’tneed any external things.
 Firmly believe that Parmatma is within you and you are in proximity of Parmeshwar
and nothing bad can happen with me
 Samarpan meditation is a sanskar (sacrament) rather than a method of meditation.
Method can be taught or can be learnt but the sanskar can be distributed. Whatever
anubhuti I got or whatever progress I made, I wish thatyou all deserve that.
 In Himalaya I lived with 65 Jain munis when knowledgeof Jain religion automatically
transferred to me. I didn’tdo anything, when disciple’s soul get uniformwith guru’s
soulthen disciple get all knowledge of guru automatically.
 in today’s world spiritual condition can be checked by machines, today there are
machines available by which we can check aura and spiritual progress of a person
 If you want to improveyour aura and want to balance your life then it can be done by
REGULAR MEDITATION.
 I devoted completely to my guru’s body becauseParmatma’s powers wereconveyed
to me by medium of my guru’s body. I gotParmatma by Gurucharan’s medium. Whole
spiritual progress has been done by believing a living person as Parmatma.
 Samarpan dhyan don’ttell anybody to give up anything, justdo regular meditation and
bad things will automatically get removed fromyour life.
 Yogasana is not yoga, it’s justthe part of astang yoga.
 Spiritual guru is same as his disciple on bodily level but his soul is special
 The moment you believe your sadguru is common, your receiving will be finished
