2. INTRODUCTION
Fibromyalgia is a chronic musculoskeletal disorder in
which the central nervous system misinterprets
typically no painful impulses as painful and develops
hypersensitivity to both painful and no painful stimuli. A
variety of symptoms, including broad and localized
pain, exhaustion, sleep issues, and mood
abnormalities such as depression, may occur. These
symptoms may vary in severity and appear and
disappear over time.

stage of the ailment. Depending on the condition, external therapies such as Abhyanga,
Patrapatola Sweda, Sirodhara, Nasya, and others are recommended. In the case of fibromyalgia,
