This document provides instructions for painting rocks as an art project. It lists supplies needed like rocks, paint, markers, and sealer. It describes painting the rocks with markers or paint and optionally sealing them. It encourages taking photos and sharing the painted rocks by hiding them or giving them to others. Examples of painted rocks are shown and the teacher provides their email for students to share photos of their creations.

your rock with a sealer if
you would like to.
Spray sealer, definitely
ask an adult for help.
Brush on modge podge

5. 3. Take a picture of your work…
If possible, take a picture
of your work with a
camera.

Ask permission to use

If you would like to hide
your rocks on a walk,
give to a friend or place
into a flower pot, you
certainly may.

brighten someone’s day
in doing so!
