The meeting was held on December 9, 2012 from 11:15am to 12:30pm in room A29 of the Media Department. Sunraj Bolina, Warren Siwale, and Parisse Charles were present. They delegated roles for the production - Warren was appointed director for his organization, Parisse as camerawoman for her photography experience, and Sunraj as editor for his creative skills. They discussed genre ideas and production names for their sequence. Their next meeting will check paperwork, discuss work to be completed, and finalize sequence details like location, actors, and props as well as a production name.

3. Agenda
 This meeting agenda was to delegate roles between the group
members and to create the production schedule. We delegated
roles according to our group members strong and weak points. By
completing the production schedule each group member know
what paper work they should be completing.
 Warren was appointed to being director because he has very
good organisational skills and had many ideas for the film
sequence. Parisse decided to take the role of camerawoman due
to her experience in photography. I was then appointed to the role
of editor, I feel that I can produce a good final product because I
am very creative and visual when it comes to choosing the right
shots and angles.
 As a group we started to brainstorm ideas for our sequence, we
also discussed what type of genre we wanted to do for our
sequence. We discussed the possible names for our production.

4. Points for next meeting
 Check through all paperwork and see if paperwork is up to
date according to deadlines.
 Take note of work that needs to be completed and discuss
with all group members.
 Discuss the main ideas for our sequence, including the
location, actors and props we will be using. To come up with
a production name.
