I am currently responsible for leading Source-to-Contract / Source-to-Pay transformation practice at IBM.
My role involves transformation of Procurement process by offering cloud based Sourcing, Contract
Management and Vendor Management solutions that delivers measurable savings through standardization
and automation. I am also responsible for reducing overall cycle time of a Procurement phase, for example -
from RFx planning to Awarding business or from Contract drafting to Contract renewal.
