4. Atman
नैनं छिद्रछति शस्त्राछि नैनं दहछि पावक: ।
न चैनं क्लेदयत्यापो न शोषयछि मारुि ॥
यह ां भगव न श्री-कृष्ण ने आत्म के अजर-अमर और श श्वत होने की ब त
की है।
The universal self, Atman, is not what you
carry in your rational mind, It is what you
have ignored lifetime. Atman ( Means Real
You) identical with the eternal core of the
personality that after death either
transmigrates to a new life or attains
release (moksha) from the bonds of
existence.
Identify yourself with something
you heard of many times but
never tried to understand beyond
words.
Hint: Word “Atman” is not the
atman

ध्यायिो छवषयातपपंसः सङ्गस्िेषूपजायिे।
सङ्गा्संजायिे कामः कामा्रोधोऽछिजायिे॥
ववषयों (वस्तुओां) के ब रे में सोचते रहने से मनुष्य को उनसे आसवि हो
ज ती है। इससे उनमें क मन य नी इच्छ पैद होती है और क मन ओांमें
ववघ्न आने से क्रोध की उत्पवि होती है। (यह ां भगव न श्रीकृष्ण ने
ववषय सवि के दुष्पररण म के ब रे में बत य है।)
Everything Starts from desire, and desire
converts into necessity and then we fall in
trap of Maaya
What’s in your hand right now?
❏ You may lose lifetime savings
❏ Your business May face crisis
❏ You may lose your most loved
job ( for which you killed your
hobbies and inner voices of
doing something that you
actually Love
6. Be Mindful : Watch Negative
Thoughts
❏ Being present in present moment
is mindfulness.
❏ Don’t try to visit Past & Future.
7. Emotional Pain
survives on Negativity
❏ Watch your mind
❏ Don’t be so hard on this ( otherwise
mind will go to self defence mode)
❏ Just -Analyse your thoughts
❏ If Mind goes in Past or Future just
Bring it back like we do with small
kids
❏ Only aim is to stop thinking anything
that leads to negative cloud of
thoughts
Believe it or not ! Our minds are
addictive to the NEGATIVITY.
Don’t believe then try to stop yourself
from thinking negative thoughts for
only 10 Min.
Hint: Don’t force it Just see as you
watch small kids doing something
foolish
8. Present is Safest
Place to Live
❏ Analyse your family members, Look
for the good in others.
❏ Analyse how people react to the
situations,do it very consciously.
❏ Analyse what makes you angry and
work on it
❏ Teach your kids how to be mindful
and present for better marks and
understand things in better way.
❏ Read Books to avoid useless trip to
the “Past and future”
Yes, in present moment nothing
wrong happens.
10. Follow Your Breath not Your
Thoughts
Watch journey of your breath from
inhale to exhale very closely for 5
Minutes.
11. Prana-Vayu is the
only truth, that
humans should
care about
❏ Sit relax ( Believe me you can do it, I
am just asking to sit nothing else)
❏ Breath as you do 24*7*365 ( I think it
is not hard to follow, but if you don't
want to then no one going to stop you
;)
❏ Now Observe How it flows from nose
to abdominal
❏ Just be very Good watchman, that's it
So, explore this truth, no better
time than now
12. Stay Positive and don't take
this life so hard. Billions did
same mistake of going so hard
with the tiny life on this
beautiful planet.
