“No, you can’t,” an average of 150,000 times.
You’ve heard “Yes, you can,” about 5,000
times.
That’s 30 no’s for every 1 yes. That makes for a
powerful belief of “I can’t.”

can’t” affected your life?

about that.
6. Understanding
Fear & Anxiety
• Anxiety & fear is actually
your friend.
• It is a protection mechanism
from your unconscious mind
which is always trying to
protect you.
• It thinks that there is
something to be fearful or
anxious about when it comes
to doing something
(especially something new).
14. QUESTIONS TO ASK

why does it have to be TRUE
now/future?

different result?
What have I done before that has been
SUCCESSFUL?

over me?
QUESTIONS TO ASK
17. QUIZ
If I’m up for a promotion at
work, I will probably not get it.
This is just who I am
They are going to find
out I am a phony.
I have to work hard for
my money.
There are no more ideal
men/women out there for me,
all the good ones are already
taken.
He didn’t call me so he’s
probably not interested
18. A Change for The Better
1. You get those anxious thoughts,
feelings, behaviors and fears
2. Put your attention on your desires.
Focus on how you would like to be
different.
3. You longer play into the anxiety or
giving it life.
4. You’re telling your unconscious
mind that this is the new strategy,
way to act & react that is still safe.
5. Direct your “friend” to a newer
future and new opportunities.
19. WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE
MORE CONFIDENT & LESS FEARFUL
ABOUT?
WORK HEALTH
RELATIONSHIP ANY SITUATION
• Put your attention on the successful completion of
achieving this situation, your desired outcome.
• When we do that, we are changing our focus, we are
taking our focus away from anxiety and fear and putting
our attention & intention on our desire.
• You’re educating your body to be free of those negative
thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
20. QUESTIONS TO ASK
What could I learn from this situation?
•
What could I learn about this future
situation that will allow me to go
through it in a far more effortless way?
•
How can I do this in the most wonderful
way?
21. WHY ASK THESE
QUESTIONS?
• When you think about anxiety
and fear you’re thinking, “I don’t
want this to happen and I don’t
want that to happen. I don’t
want to look silly. I don’t want
to fail. I don’t want to be
rejected.”
• When we have those thoughts
and feelings, we’re telling our
unconscious mind to look for
more things like that.
22. WHY ASK THESE
QUESTIONS?
• By asking how you can be different and what you can
learn from this, you’re telling your unconscious mind
to search for the answers…the new strategy.
• You’re giving your
unconscious mind the
strategy that has worked in
the past and can work with
you in the future
• You’ve done it successfully in the past and you’re
just applying it into the future situation.
23. HOW OFTEN?
5-10 minutes everyday just before you go to sleep
and upon waking up for a period of a week or two
In time your unconscious
mind will fully absorb it
and take it in
unconsciously because it
runs and works through
habitual processes.
24. WHAT DO I GET?
1. You’ll feel more confident, grounded, secure in
who you are & decisions you make.
2. You’ll expand your model of the world
3. You’ll expand your comfort zone
4. Your unconscious mind will say, “I’ll do it
automatically for you.”
5. Wonderful opportunities will begin to happen
25. Statistics
1. 80% of successful people are focused on
accomplishing some single goal.
1. 84% of successful people believe good habits create
opportunity.
2. 76% of successful people believe bad habits create
detrimental luck

educational self-improvement
Does anybody have a name already for their Gremlin?
Go back to a time when you were successful at something.
It could be as simple as your graduation ceremony, your wedding, the birth of your child,
Getting that job you wanted.
Passing your driving test
Passing any test you studied really hard for.
Teaching your child something new
So as soon as you get that anxious or fear coming into your life, when you change your attention, you put your focus on your desire outcome,
So the more time you do this strategy it will take it on and allow you to have that confidence and competent in any situation. Because when you’re imagining it in your mind you’re telling your unconscious mind this is the way and you do away with fear and anxiety.
