• Preparation of all types of Vouchers, maintenance of Subsidiary records such as
debtor’s ledger, Cash book, Day book, Creditors ledger, Purchase book, and Stock
Register.
• Deposition of Challans for Income Tax Deduction at Source, advance tax, Self
assessment tax & excise etc.
• Dealing with Bank for Cash Withdrawals, demand drafts, Pay orders, Bills, Stock
Statements as per Monthly reporting systems.
• Preparation of MIS reports for review by the management for expenses such as
conveyance, travelling, staff welfare, advertisement and publicity, cash withdrawals
deposits cheques, under clearance etc.
• Maintenance of Imprest accounts for employees.
• Handling all Personal and confidential files of director.
• Maintenance of salary register with ESIC, EPF advance income tax deposited the
challan in Bank.
• Providing assistance to senior officer in handling income tax cases by preparing
relating documents.
• Dealing with sales tax matters i.e. calculation of monthly sales tax compilation and
preparation of sales tax returns.
• Collection & issue of C-Forms & F-forms etc.
• Collection of bills, finalization and arrangement of vendor payments.

• Checking of suppliers bills & handling of cash day books.
