also big challenges. It more difficult for small and medium
enterprises.

Strong employer branding plays A crucial role in attracting
the good talent in organization , with emerging impact of
social media.

It is A difficult for organization to keep up with the
compensation and benefits.
Solution
Increasing health cost. Small organization offering A
attractive benefits to combat health related.

Changes in organization it could be structural, economical,
geographical, procedural, managerial or technological. is the
biggest challenges to HR.

After change firstly give the importance to communicate
clearly and transparently about the change.

Up skilling and continuous learning are extremely crucial to
an employs growth and success in organization increasing the
demands of the business so organization finding a continuous
learning.

Trainings relevant to the current/future role of an employee
adopting practical rather than theoretical approach to training.

Performance management and alignment the related next
steps, such as performance improvement plans. Organization
face challenges of helping employees understand.

The employee should be able to directly relate his/her
performance to the targets, regular feedback discussion also
help the employee.
