This document provides instructions for using a vendor, customer, and sales order tracker portal that allows users to see modification histories for vendors, customers, and sales orders without accessing the ECC system. The portal can be accessed at a given URL. Users can enter a vendor, customer, or sales order number to see the modification history for that record, including details like who made the changes, date, time, and affected tables and fields. A summary report also shows total numbers of changes by vendor, table, field, and transaction code. Additional trackers for transactions like purchase orders and invoices can also be added as needed.
