 Completed New Truck Bed Design for RAM 1500 during senior design
o Worked on fabrication of prototype as well as leading FEA work for the team using
Hyperworks by Altair to run time slice analyses of truck bed design
 Created a 3-D model and assembly of a desktop computer for PACE competition
o Created the final assembly animation of all group members pieces as well as
creating motherboard assembly for the project using UGNX.
 Created a plumbing parts corrosion test rig and procedure for Masco during internship
o Wrote test procedure so that any employee could run the test rig. Designed and built
proof of concept prototype that runs both hot and cold water for corrosion
comparisons. Developed a rig that also meets European water testing policies.
 Avalanche rescue robot for PACE competition
o Ran an energy consumption analysis using Matlab, worked with other team
members to create the virtual assembly of the robot using UGNX.
 Redesigned target retrieval system at the pistol range of Michigan Tech
o Worked as customer contact to ensure all design objectives were being met. Wrote
progress reports for the customer and created a house of Quality
