When a family member became unwell, I had to leave my role at Wright
Express and begin managing a large family home in Mt Roskill (this involved
organising and managing tenants, including rent and utility payments) as
well as taking care of my ill family member and managing their affairs.

Assistant Trainer
As an Assistant Trainer for Aerospace Education, it was my role to attend
school workshops and work with the head Aerospace Trainer to help facilitate
their School Rocketry Programme. Duties included -
Presenting information to groups of children and teachers using energy
and interactive learning to keep them engaged
Monitoring and assisting small groups of children with programme
activities such as: How to Build a Rocket, Using Software, and Safety
Procedures
Assisting with preparing and transporting learning materials and setting
up and packing away educational gear in classrooms
Being well versed of the learning materials to ensure accurate and age
appropriate answering of questions asked by the children
Managing the Aerospace Education website and building and
maintaining their database

Having lived in a few different countries around the
world, I have been lucky enough to visit many places
and still like to travel when time permits.
Classical, Performance and Opera music are my
favourite and in addition to singing in the National NZ
Youth Choir, I trained as a Pianist and also learnt the
Pipe Organ.
Another passion of mine is theatre, where I spent a
great deal of time involved with local performing arts
groups as both an actor and director.
Bridge is a favourite pastime, which I enjoy with
friends, as well as walking to keep fit.

Senior Analyst & Client On-site Support
Wright Express is a Software House, responsible for the development and
ongoing maintenance of The International Fleet Card System (IFCS). The
system supplies Fleet Card software to Clients in the USA, New Zealand,
Australia and South East Asia and currently exists in three versions, the latter
two still owned, managed and supported by Wright Express NZ.
IFCS v2: Operation on Tandem COBOL/SCOBL, front-end Delphi Client
IFCS v3: Operation on independent server Java/SQL, front-end Swing Client
IFCSv2 is currently utilised by Caltex Fleet Card Operations in NZ, Aus & SE
Asia. IFCSv3 is currently utilised by BP Fleet Card Operations in NZ & Aus.
Joining the company (then Financial Automation Limited) in April 2001, my
initial duties were analysis and programming, including –
Review of client change requests, definition of requirements
documents, functional design documents, program specification
Unit and system test plans and implementation plans
Cost estimates across each phase: Initial requirements, coding,
testing, and implementation
Quality Assurance throughout each development phase
In 2004, I was appointed to one of a team of four to undertake the
initial requirements for the development of IFCSv3. I was tasked with
the primary and subsequent detail system design, then support of
coding of each functional area in the new system
In 2006, I was appointed to the Business Solutions Analysis Team – the
primary purpose to in-house User Acceptance Test and perform QA on
documentation across each Software Development Platform, before
authorising software release to the 'live' production environment
In 2008, Financial Automation Ltd was acquired by Wright Express USA
and a NZ divisional company was established. After that time, my
duties included: Business Analyst for functional design documentation,
estimates, software testing, QA across each phase (design, coding,
testing, implementation), production support following initial NZ
release to production, late 2010
I also provided regular client on-site support in Sydney and Melbourne
including systems administrator and user acceptance test support
