I strongly recommend my colleague, Steven Garside, for employment. I have had the pleasure of
working alongside him for nearly 4 years in Baxter’s pharmacovigilance department, where he
has been entrusted with a great deal of responsibility. For example, he was chosen among a large
group to travel to London to receive training for the new company that split from Baxter.
I have had the opportunity to observe Steven's professional skills as well as interpersonal style.
He is consistently pleasant, and takes on all assignments with enthusiasm and dedication. I wish
that all my co-workers had his attitude. He frequently led team building events within the
department which were always enlightening and enjoyable for everyone.
Regardless of deadlines or other pressure, Steven always delivers. His superior organizational
skills make him the consummate multi-tasker.
Steven will be an asset to any department that he joins. He will be sorely missed in our
department.
