Post of Full Time Senior Manager with Cornwall Council
I am pleased we have a confirmed start date with Cornwall Council for the post of Senior
Manager. I would like to thank you for the very professional approach you have taken with
supporting this process, as I know that it has been a very busy time for me making plans to travel
out of the country for 3 months. You made me feel at ease when trying to sort out a multitude of
tasks.
How you made out of office hours calls to me to keep me updated, as I was in work myself during
office hours; and how you made yourself available to me when I need advice was exceptional. I
was extremely grateful to both you and the Baltimore Consulting group for letting me use their
offices and for you setting up the interview via teleconference due to me been unable to travel to
Cornwall on the set date of the interviews, I am aware that this took a lot of coordination and
organization on your part.
The process of application right through to interview and offer of the senior manager’s position
was a new experience for me via a consultancy firm, but I have been very impressed by your time,
commitment, professional and courteous manner.
