INJECTION MOULDING
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT COURSE
Introduction
To provide participants with a thorough appreciation of the fundamental
principle of the Injection Moulding Process and this course is aimed to assist
companies who want to develop an effective injection moulding continuous
improvement at their workplace.
Enable the participants to better understand about injection moulding, plastic
flow, types of ejection, gates system, types of mould, mould set-up
preparation, mould defects & their causes, countermeasure, types of plastics
material etc. Understand the importance of process stability on the quality of
the moulded part and to learn the correct way to do the trouble shooting.
