Editor's Notes
A down vehicle is useless…doesn’t make the fleet owner money. The end customer is upset. Your rep is blemished. Btu we know that at some point(s) in time, you’re going to have problems
DTC information is helpful to narrow down the problem…data before and after the event along with the scan tool and service information will get you to the cause of the problem.
What about the event where there is no DTC? What do you do about that?
TDP drive captures vehicle data that has been configured by the user throughout the ride. Nothing is missed..Nothing! Once captured it is uploaded to a secure server via WiFi and available to your engineers, your service techs, and you for diagnosis and investigation.
