Does GEOS really matter? It does to Steve Campbell!

Yes! I completed the GEOS survey
on the first day.
2. Do you really think participation
matters? Explain.
Absolutely! I believe participation
matters. I think it’s important to have
the feedback of ALL employees for
our senior leaders. It’s all of our jobs
to weigh in and help drive those key
decisions that impact us and the
patients that we serve.
3. Have you personally seen changes
that resulted from GEOS feedback?
If so, what were they?
From the last GEOS survey, I saw
the birth of the Culture of
Accountability, WLI, a renewed
focus on work-life balance and more
access to career opportunities,
4. We all hear a lot about the Cultural
Belief of Speak Up. Is that a belief
that you really embrace? Can we
get an example?
I feel that Speaking Up is important.
Doing it in the right way, at the right
time and in the right forum
encourages trust, feedback and helps build stronger relationships between everyone. Speaking up
