1. Who listens to you?

As a busy managing director, business owner, or senior manager, I’m sure most of these will
sound familiar: “turnover’s down”, “John’s off ill”, “customers are complaining”, “we need a
new machine”, “there are problems at home”. You hear all this, and more, on a daily basis.
You’re always expected to listen and to provide solutions and instant decisions. Ok; it’s part of
your job; but who listens to you? You may have peer support, but might still often feel isolated
and alone.
It’s important to have someone who listens to YOU and your issues on a personal level. That’s
where I come in. As a coach, I work with you on a one-to-one basis. I act as a sounding board
that allows you to discuss problems that might be hindering your own productivity and skills
