Raspberries: Buy frozen raspberries so they’re
always on hand.
9 g in 1 cup raspberries vs 4 g fiber in 1 apple

*Antioxidants: help prevent cancer.
Peanut Butter: Avoid the jars with partially
hydrogenated oil and sugar.
*Protein: helps kids grow.

*Good fats: keeps cholesterol low, which is good for
your heart.
1 english muffin 1/2 c raspberries
1 T peanut butter 4 raisins
1. Let the raspberries thaw overnight in a small bowl or
microwave for about 30 seconds in the morning.
2. Toast both halves of the english muffin. Spread on peanut
butter and then top with the raspberries, leaving a clear space
at the front for the head. Add raisins for eyes.
