CCTV
New business start-ups can be faced with lots of
set-up costs and opening deadlines to hit, so when
seeking funds it is important that the right provider
is found to make things happen. A new restaurant in
Abersoch needed a Coffee Machine, an EPOS system
and Oven in order to open and operate, but
they couldn’t get the finance through their own
channels. We were able to secure the relevant
funding quickly and easily so that they could open in
time for the start of the busy Easter period.
Office Furniture
We were approached by our client, who supplies
security systems, to find the appropriate lease
funding for one of their customers who was looking
to invest in a new CCTV system. The customers’
credit rating wasn’t sufficient to secure the £15,822
required, so we looked to two different funders to
maximise the facilities. We were able to get
acceptances, enabling the customer to spread the
cost out over a 5 year term, knowing that his premises
and assets were safe and his cash flow manageable.
A mortgage broker was working with his client to
assist him with the purchase of a commercial
property. The client needed a £20,000 deposit to
bridge the gap between the sale of another property
and this purchase. We were able to utilise our Fast
Funding short term business loan product without
any hassle and little input from the customer. From
the initial enquiry through to funds hitting the clients
account - the whole process took under 8 hours and
the purchase was successfully completed.
One of our existing customers was in the process of
refurbishing his office and had ordered his new
furniture online. He had allocated specific dates for the
changes to take place so that it would have minimal
disruption to his business. The online company let him
down badly, so we stepped in and referred him to one
of our other clients who supplies and installs office
furniture and equipment. We arranged a suitable lease
to cover the £2,550 cost and ensured that the lease and
installation happened in the planned time frame.
