I lead a collaborative project involving colleagues, bioinformaticians, mass spectrometry
and RNA sequencing facilities, and using quantitative transcriptomics and proteomics to
investigatesystem-levelmolecularchangesinthe brainof a marine bristle worm.
Mentored colleagues and managed optimization of protocols and pipelines for genome
editing,mutationscreening,transcriptomic&proteomicdataanalysis.
