Not a recepie for international expansion, but ssharing my experience with a couple of startups whcih has expanded There are probably as many ways to go global as shere are startups, bucause they are all unique, hzve their own caracteristica and growth potential

The thing with the US and especially New York City and Silicon Valley is the price level is outrageous. The cost of living is very high, the vages are extreeme and it is difficult to find the right people and the people you can trust
On the other hand, IF you can ways to establish a business in the US, it may open up for a true global expansion
There is a general open attitude, there americans are generallly open to invest in technology and there are many great investors you may come across
