To Whom It May Concern:
It has been my privilege to work with and be assisted by Stacy Esposito these last four years.
She is probably the most over-qualified person to be an office assistant, receptionist, and copy technician that I
have ever known. She works so efficiently that she always has our copies and special orders back to us within
the hour, instead of the normal 2 to 3 day tum around usually expected in other schools. Thanks to Stacy, our
supply room is perfectly stocked because she understands the nuances of school expenditures and budgets. I
know I will miss her, but so will the 160+ teachers and staff she helps on a weekly basis. She is not only the
copy technician for part of the day; she also assists in the office of a middle school that currently has over 1300
students.
Stacy is amazingly creative. She can help to create unique curriculum used in the classroom, develop flyers and
handouts, put together unique projects and is always willing to add the something extra to make the teachers
projects and assignments stand out. I am never disappointed when I ask for something special.
Stacy has the amazing ability to juggle many complex and demanding tasks at once. The problems that come up
in a middle school are never predictable and usually involve a number of different people. Stacy could be
helping two different parents, locating their children in a very busy educational setting, working with law
enforcement, answering phones, collecting lost cell phones and returning them to their rightful student owner,
and dealing with administration all at the same time and make it look effortless.
I highly recommend Stacy. I believe she can step into any challenge and not skip a beat. She is a trusted co-
worker, an excellent mother of college aged children, a confidant, and a caring individual. She will be missed.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am happy to offer my highest recommendation to Stacy Esposito as she pursues a new
position in the world of education. As a teacher at Rocky Heights Middle School, I have worked with
Stacy for the past four years and have always been impressed by her ability to juggle the varied
demands of her job while maintaining a cheerful, positive attitude. Her ability to organize the task at
hand allows her to accomplish much, while remaining calm and personable.
Stacy is a highly regarded member of our staff at Rocky Heights Middle School. Her creative
and thoughtful attitude draws in both students and staff, and she has easily built positive relationships
throughout our building. I know that I won't be the only person missing her encouraging and fantastic
attitude next year. It's difficult to fathom how many people will be required to cover the many jobs
that she has managed on her own, and I've no doubt that we will think of her often as someone else
stumbles through a task that she accomplished with flair and a smile! In truth, her abilities have been
under-utilized in her current position, and I'm excited that she is taking the opportunity to expand her
expertise.
While I dread the thought of loosing Stacy at Rocky Heights, I know that she will make a very
positive contribution in her new position. I encourage you to allow Stacy to share her organizational
talents and infectious attitude with you and your staff. You have the best before you ... enjoy!
Most Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the pleasure of working with Stacy Esposito at Rocky Heights Middle School for the past four
years. During her years at Rocky Heights, Stacy has been responsible for numerous job descriptions: she
maintains office operations, assists staff and administration, manages the front desk, maintains the copy
room by keeping it stocked and organized, makes copy requests, and supervises students. Stacy is quick to
offer assistance and has an excellent rapport with our students, parents, staff, administration, and
community. On occasion conflict and confrontation occur from our clientele and Stacy responds
consistently with respect and compassion, at the same time, helping them to resolve their conflict. She is
organized, conscientious and energetic in her leadership and management skills.
Aside from her job, Stacy has shared with me some of her creative projects that she is working on. Lately
she has developed an impressive information portfolio on Microsoft One Notebook for finding universities
of interest to attend for her children and their friends. On many occasions I have encouraged her to put her
creativity and talent into private endeavors.
Stacy is a straightforward individual who knows where she is headed. She is an honest, trustworthy, and
dependable person. She has determination, perseverance, stamina, and she values her time commitments.
I can recommend her knowledge, skills, and talents whole heartily. Beyond being people-oriented,
achievement-oriented, a team player, and enthusiastic, she has the ability to get the job done and her main
strength is that she is creative and organized. With the qualities of a natural leader, she has genuineness,
intelligence, and integrity.
Stacy has not only been a co-worker of mine, but she is a true friend. Stacy would be an asset to any
employer and I recommend her for any endeavor she chooses to pursue.
