1. Counselling students about importance of morning
assemblyResult- no effect on the students

2. Informing parents about late coming problem of
students during PTM or bal sabha or by phone call
sometimes.Result-Out of 40 students 10-15 students reported on
time for rest of the days.
Most of the parents were not serious about late coming
problem. They did not take any action against it.
7 days(5oct -12oct)
3. Marking students absent for coming late
Result- Out of 40 students 30-35 students started
reporting on time.
Conclusion:
• Out of 50 students , 40-45 students started
coming to school on time after applying the
method of short attendance.
• Parents are not strict about attendance.

 Objective- To understand the perception of
community towards coaching.
 Methodology
• Survey was conducted in 40 houses
• Sample - parents with children in age group
14-17 years(class 9-12)
• A questionnaire was used to obtain the
views of sample.

  • 15. TEACHER OBSERVATIO N CONCLUSIO N • Conducted observation on Physics teacher Mrs. Manju Parmar • lecture method • No set induction was done • Questions asked by her : both open & close ended • Less interaction • No numerical practiced in class • Chalkboard work was neat
  • 16. ACTION RESEARCH • Objective: to solve the late coming problem of students • Method of research: Experimental • Sample – students of G.G. Sr. Sec. School, Ramganj(mainly class 9-12) • Tool – a list of student’s name of every class • Data collection and Data analysis Pre-test : • Marking the names of latecomers in class wise list • Identifying the latecomers & their reason for delay. • Observing for 3-4 days
  • 17. Intervention 4 days(23 Sept-27 Sept) 1. Counselling students about importance of morning assemblyResult- no effect on the students 4 days(28Sept- 4 oct) 2. Informing parents about late coming problem of students during PTM or bal sabha or by phone call sometimes.Result-Out of 40 students 10-15 students reported on time for rest of the days. Most of the parents were not serious about late coming problem. They did not take any action against it. 7 days(5oct -12oct) 3. Marking students absent for coming late Result- Out of 40 students 30-35 students started reporting on time.
  • 18. Conclusion: • Out of 50 students , 40-45 students started coming to school on time after applying the method of short attendance. • Parents are not strict about attendance.
  • 19. CASE STUDY Case study subject – student X of class 11th science Objective of this case study: To understand the reason behind arrogance behaviour of X and find solutions to cure it. Diagnosis: reason behind arrogant and overconfident behaviour of X is • Praise from school teachers for good academic & co- curricular achievements • Comparison with sibling
  • 20. Intervention For 7days(11th Nov- 18th Nov) 1. Counselling of the case (11th Nov- 13th Nov) • Giving responsibility , praising in class to build friendly relationship with students Result- case became comfortable (14thNov- 16th Nov) • Introducing her about her strong & weak points. • Presenting example of myself to gain her confidence. Result- happy to hear about strong points , did not admit her wrong points.  (18thNov) • Comparing her previous marks with recent marks . Result- after 2 -3 days she admitted about her wrong behaviour.
  • 21. • Parents counselling: • counselling of parents during Bal Sabha and PTM • Asking them to stop comparison. • Involving in group activities with peers • Involving in group activities • Result-learning to respect other student's opinion and admit when she was wrong.
  • 22. Conclusion • Changes in X behavior- learned to cooperate with fellow classmates and teachers. • Effect of counselling was visible in her behavior during group activities and net effect of counselling and activities with peers was seen in her response during classroom.

COMMUNITY SURVEY  Topic: Perception of community towards coaching centers.  Objective- To understand the perception of community towards coaching.  Methodology • Survey was conducted in 40 houses • Sample - parents with children in age group 14-17 years(class 9-12) • A questionnaire was used to obtain the views of sample.
  • 24. Reasons of joining coaching competition trend uneducated parents unsatisfactory school teaching working mother Conclusion • 25 out of 40 parents prefer coaching as an aid in competition exam. • 10-15 out of 40 parents prefer coaching due to unsatisfactory

  • 26. DIAGNOSTIC TEST AND REMEDIAL TEACHING Unit test of 2 units(Kinematics and Laws of motion) of 30 marks Preparation of unit test: 1. Blueprint 2. Calculation of weightage of objective, weightage of content and weightage of type of questions. Identification of low achievers. Determination of weak points of low achievers through Diagnostic test.
  • 27. Conclusion from Diagnostic test – students face problem mainly in Newton’s second law of motion. Remedial teaching 1. Activity based teaching 2. Learning by assessing each other. Achievement test to assess and evaluate the learning of slow learners. Conclusion- improvement in basic concepts
