This tool is developed mainly for lighting and electrical sales representatives to have
access to reviewing/modifying access for customers, View profile of account, view/modify tools,
view/modify inactive or soon to be inactivated users, view/modify users pricing privileges,
Delete users, Assign administrators, Download a list of users and tool privileges, sending email
notifications.
Responsibilities:
Perform Performance testing of the applications by generating scripts using Load Runner
web(http/html) protocol
Identify most common business transactions in production for Retail Management System.

3. Description:
An important goal of the Office of Process Design (OPD) is to capture and manage the
business rules that drive our organization's decisions. To adequately manage our rules, we
must use terms with agreed upon definitions that are shared across the organization.
Transcript request: Students are able to request official and unofficial transcripts to receive by
mail or electronically.
The goal of the project is to facilitate our customer support team (University Services) in
requesting transcripts for students. The application has the functionality of verifying student's
primary address, obtaining alternate addresses where the student would like his transcript
sent, verifying student's outstanding balances and later transferring to Credit Card processing
application, sending a receipt to the student after finishing.
• Student will need to be on the phone or the following information will be collected from
the student before proceeding with this transcript process.
• Valid student credit card number to include name on card and credit card expiration
date
• Billing address if different than student's address on record
Responsibilities:
Perform Performance testing of the applications by generating scripts using Load Runner
Web (Http & Html) protocol.
Identify most common business transactions in production for TOU systems.
Creating the Load Runner scripts, debugging and enhancement of the scripts by using
VuGen.
Done Scenario design and execution based on the SLA, volumetric provided by business.
Executed performance test runs by simulating Discovery, Load, Ramp-up, Stress, Capacity
and when possible Enterprise volumes against agreed upon non-functional end-user
requirements.

Description:
The project is essentially an application developed for the Sprint Retail Stores which
is a major telecom company that manufacture phone on CDMA technology. Customer can
walk in to the store and buy a new phone with all the services activated immediately through
RMS. Retail contributes to approximately a third of all PCS activations. The main focus of
Retail is reduction of customer churn and increasing the sales.
Retail is constantly striving to reduce CPGA (cost per gross add) this is
cost vs benefit factor for customer maintenance for the company. One application to activate
PCS phones in a single, seamless integrated system as part of the retail sales process.
4. Responsibilities:
Developed Scripts For End to End Performance Testing using J meter.
Creating and Executing Load Test, Performance Test and provide adequate supporting
information for bottleneck analysis.
Experience in creating multi user load test scenario using the logic Controllers in J meter.
Good Knowledge on the usage of Counters, CSV Data set Config, HTTP Cookie Manager.

The Ultimate Product Search is a Product that can provide an interface for Search and
Comparisons of Products available in the Catalog Service
UPS will provide the Catalog Products with Search, Comparisons and Reviews in its
database.
Any Company can enrol the UPS Catalog Services through a predefined Package
Directory Services will be available to the Public access Anonymous and Authorized
Access Level.
The Directory Services can be extended with Ecommerce Services.
