Responsibilities:
I work as a Operations Associate in the department of Client Installs (Client On boarding).
I Attend deal team calls which we will have for every in-coming client and setup & handle client accounts on all the
required systems. I work mainly on an application called Non Securities Reference Data (NSRD) which contains all the
details pertaining to client accounts at our company.
Citrix Accounting Applications: I work on the Equity and Fixed Income Accounting applications called as RKS
& Portia Respectively. Various client accounts are setup on the respective applications to enable proper
accounting data flow to the downstream performance systems.
Trade Applications: These are the applications which support Broker and Custodian trading with SSGA. Before
settlement of any trade, broker will verify the settlement details on trading systems called Alert. Apart from this, i
have also worked on an Application called Trade Portal which enables PMs to trade on a particular market.

Tools Used : Applications like TLM (Transaction Life Cycle Management), RKS (citrix), Bloomberg, IDC etc.
Responsibilities:
As a fresher from college, I started my professional work life with the below responsibilities.
1. Handling of Funds
Processing all corporate actions and trade related activities.
Handling of errors - Matching the fund data with the custodian records. Notifying the concerned team of
discrepancies, if found any.
