The Base Res Form is a critical component of the Greenway application and is used by the corporate
and franchise call centers, corporate stations and Greenway Franchise stations to initiate reservations.
Base Res Form refers to the Greenway Data Centre (GWDC) along with all central business services.
This application has the capability to fetch all reservation information irrespective of any EIS
application where the reservation got initiated. The two major functionalities supported by Base Res
