3. What I need to do to improve
• Confidence/Presenting
My confidence has improved massively over the last year. I have improved this by putting
myself into situations in which I have to appear comfortable with public speaking and
presenting. Through my course and my position as President of the Politics Society I have
been able to develop my public speaking and overall confidence.
• Delegation & saying no
I would like to be able to delegate more to my committee and not try to take on su
much work myself. This coincides with saying no as sometimes I take to much work
on as different people will ask me to do things. To improve this I will run events
next year in which I will delegate to the committee.
• Organisation
I need to continue to organise my time in a efficient manner. I have learnt a lot about time
management since coming to University and wish to continue to do so.
