When FOH was turned down fold back should have been
turned down.
Be great if Rhys could come and check on-stage sound
during sound check
Lights Liz’s stilts weren’t lit (despite them having notes about
it in the lighting cues). It was also in the first set so cues
were easy to follow (in the set that changed cues would
have been hard to follow ‘cos so many songs were
removed)
Lots of smoke
Banter Liz did a great job getting Bread couple on the dance
floor
MC announced us as ‘DeepBlue Spectaular’ because
that’s what was on the client’s quote! Need to check
MC’s intro more thoroughly

Disco dancers kept us entertained!
Stage management Sophia was great! Perceptive, showed initiative,
communicative, expert traveller.
The client should have hired a stage/event manager to
liaise and cue. Didn’t announce dance number so it
didn’t work. Had to do Happy with accouncement. And
that worked
Communication Client didn’t communicate well.
Didn’t even include DeepBlue’s sets on the MC’s run-
sheets.
Transport John was very helpful with lugging in and out of taxis

2. Other Got 2 potential gigs by being in the crowd & on the
dance floor after the show. Barrier btwn audience &
performers was broken. Liz, Greta and others talked to
peeps who want DB at. Need new business cards
