TRAINING AND
CONSULTATION
Staff Training:
• ABA Fundamentals
• Behavior Management
• ABA in a Classroom Setting
• Online Behavior Data Management
• Crisis Prevention Intervention
Classroom:
• 1:1 or dyad instruction when working on IEP goals
• Structured, visual, and interactive circle time
• Centers approach (example: center 1: play skills; center 2: skill acquisition; center 3: fine motor activities)
• Classroom will have visual supports including text, pictures and schedules for students
• Each student will have an individualized reinforcement system and plan
• Each student will have individually customized goals based upon their areas of need identified through assessments
and teacher/parent feedback.
Assessments:
Students will receive any combination of the following assessments based on need and appropriateness
• Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP) at least 1x per IEP
• Social Skills
• Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA)
• Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP)
Consultation:
• BCBA Consultations will include, but not limited to: modeling,
working with students directly, observation, IOA
(inter-observer agreement), Procedural Reliability data for teaching
and behavior plan implementation integrity.
