7. Chatbot on Slack
Kelasa solves for incomplete project
meta-data by extending Workfront
to Slack - where team-members
prefer to collaborate and communi-
cation. Kelasa is one of the first B2B
chatbots built.
Goal Strategy Result
Kelasa launched in August
2016 and is currently being
used by Workfront customers.
Kelasa also recieved the Inno-
vation in Development Award
at the RVATech Gala in May
2017.
Chatbot reminds users to update
their task status and track time. Ad
hoc features and built in chat capa-
bilities facilitate immediate re-
sponses to questions and com-
ments.
