Oct, 13th is the new international holiday to rethink, share, and learn from failure. I did this presentation on Oct 17th, 2014 for all employees to make awareness about failure.
8. Top 5 Human Fears
1. Failure
2. Death
3. Rejection
4. Loneliness
5. Pain
9. These days lot of expectations from us, our
family expect us to succeed, our boss
expect us to reach the year target etc.
10.
11. Step 1: Accept that nobody’s perfect.
Fear of failure will harm you than anything
good.
Remember, most successful & accomplished
people failed at one point or another.
Just do your best, any action is better than no
action at all.
12.
13. Step 2: Learn from your mistakes.
See every failure as a way to learn from
mistakes.
Turn your situation into something positive;
consider the failure as just a feedback.
Understand that failure is just a minor setback
to reach your goal.
14.
15. Step 3: Persist.
Successful people just don’t give up.
Unsuccessful people try one thing that doesn’t
work and then give up.
Failure decides the Master & the beginner.
17. Step 5: Prepare a ‘Plan B’
Prepare alternative plan to stay secured.
Back-up plan will boost your confidence.
18.
19. 2014.
A new idea for anyone to rethink, share & learn from failure.
20. Started in Finland in October 13, 2010.
In 2012 it has expanded to over 17 different
countries, their goal is for it to be worldwide by
2020.
Monday 13 October, 2014 is the 4th International
Day for Failure.
25. Reason to Celebrate ‘Day for Failure’

and more acceptable to failures.
To overcome fear of failure and keep moving
forward.
