for the growth of our country. Sibusiso
Mbhele is also the Founder of Personage
Consultants a company that addresses
leadership deficiencies in staffs in
workplaces; hospitals, schools, clinics,
small businesses and even in government.
He is an Author of following books titled

He completed his Diploma in Education
& Training in Community Development
2006; he further completed the Bachelor
of Community and Development Studies
2007 and did an Honours degree in
Community Development 2008.
His engagement with Non-profit
Organizations such as BAYEPRO,
Mpilonhle (USAID Funded) in the field
of education exacerbated his passion
in career development. He designed
and coordinated a Career Guidance
Programme at Umkhanyakude District
Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal with
12 High Schools as beneficiaries with
Mpilonhle.
Sibusiso at the moment enjoys Speaking
to organizations, tertiary institutions,
high schools and companies on personal,
career and professional development
and personal leadership. He also
provides Coaching and Mentoring to
young people and adults on issues of
success. He writes for the Tabloid Media
two newspapers; UMlazi Times and
EThekwini Times at the readership of
about 80 000 per week. He has been at
UKhozi Fm one of the country’s leading
radio station worldwide with Mroza. He
has been at the Imbokodo Fm that covers
KwaZulu-Natal.
He also contributed on the Zululand
Observer within personal and career
development 2012 on the Northern part
of KwaZulu-Natal.
He is a Radio Personality on the Breakfast
Show with Ayanda Ntuli on Vibe Fm in
Durban.
