This document discusses the value of learning within a community of practice, including strengthening connections to work practices, sharing experiences, and expanding one's network. It aims to help members understand the domain and practices of the community by having them share their questions and experiences. Several learning activities are proposed such as studying practical cases, creating things together, and experimenting with tools to facilitate ongoing learning through expeditions scheduled between May and October.
