2. AT&T OSS Project HALO focuses on improving the order capture and order management
activities for strategic products MIS/IPFlex/AVPN. The initial implementation is for MIS Express, MIS
Express with IP Flex, and Fiber Broadband Bundle offerings. Halo addresses the need for a highly
automated simplified experience for customers who want to purchase AT&T's mass market products
and want them fast. It also includes porting TNs from other service providers as part of IPFLEX Service. It
allows customer to order multiple services under single bundle with different offer and flavours.
Tracking of each and every service within bundle through single customer id or bundle id.
Responsibilities:
• Understanding & Analyzing the business requirement in user stories, creating tracks and writing

NEWTON is NextGen Enterprise Workflow Tracking and Orchestration System. its basically a
event gathering, managing and tracking system. The main objective of this project is to track orders of
the customers that are using the ATT services such as AVPN, BVOIP and Internet services, etc. This
project gives records and statistic maps (pie chart, bar graph, etc) as per Customer, Services, Order
Status, etc. We as the part of IST team was responsible for testing the system as whole starting from the
data coming from External interface system ADOPT, creating workflow in AFF, waiting for event listening
from external systems. User is able to track the current state of order by customer order id or service
order id. Also external system USRP and EFMS takes care of the end to end flow management system.
Subway map representation gives more readable status of customer's order(s).

IPAG stands for Internet Protocol Aggregation and is the next generation AT&T network
architecture used for Service fulfillment. It provides more economical, scalable and reliable multi-service
Ethernet platform. The new infrastructure will enable and support multiple business and consumer
services. Before any services can be sold the IPAG Network should be in place. To begin the process of
the inventory build, an IPAG Cluster is first built. The IPAG Cluster will then contain the IPAG Network
and that will contain devices. INL (Internal-Nodal Link), CNL (Customer Nodal Link), UNI (User Network
Interface), EVC (Ethernet Virtual Circuit) are created to establish the customer network topology. The
EVC encapsulates the UNIs created for the service as well as updating all the network elements (IPAG
Routers, NTE, etc...) with the customer’s.
Responsibilities:
• Executing Test Cases using HP Quality Center to validate the Functionality of application.
• Performing Sanity Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing and Ad-hoc Testing.
