Contractor Consultant for a Design and Build Contract for three Clinic facilities,
Staff accommodation, Service Block, Guard Room and Boundary Wall located at
the Western Region‐ Abu Dhabi for ADNOC‐MSD use. The project scope of work
includes Medical Planning, Architectural Design, MEP services, Medical
Equipment, Medical Gas, Roads, hard and soft landscape, etc.
The project consists of four (3) Clinics:
a. Habshan ‐ Type A (size, 2,000 m2)
b. Bu Hassa ‐ Type A1 (size, 2,000 m2)
c. Jebel Al Dhanna ‐ Type C (Small size, 800 m2)

Create a beach destination resort that can be utilized by the cruise lines visiting
Abu Dhabi over a land area of approximately 180,000 m2 the beach destination
will provide facilities that reflect the high standards and quality of service the
cruise lines offer their customers. Facilities include welcome center, buffet
facilities toilets and shower, transportation area and staff facilities.

Develop approved concept drawings to detail design stage, prepare tender
documentation and construction contract documentation .The project
principally comprises of the following components: student residential buildings,

street furniture etc.) external utility infrastructure.

Graduation Project
 Title: Reborn Nile
 Description: RENOVATION RESIDUAL SPACE, one of most important residual spaces
in Egypt (the River Nile). Nile is a long corridor connects Upper Egypt with Lower
Egypt which can help to solve the transportation issues. The project objective is to
renovate the residual spaces around the Nile to reconnect people with the Nile and
benefit from it in transportation and social activities.
