4. Our Project Overview:
 We want to have a sovereign country where there is equality before
law, equal subjection of all classes to law, equity is everywhere to stop
arbitrariness and abuse of powers, and there by the rights and liberty
of every citizen, an individual is protected.
 It can only be done by spreading rule of law at the door of every one,
making it firmly benefactor to each and every person of a country to
stop unjust activities, power abuse, crime, corruption, unfairness,
illegality, wrongdoing & many more.
 It is necessary to make ‘Rule of Law’ accessible, possible, intelligible &
predictable to everyone for making a developed future for a nation.
 Our Project is a ‘Legal-Tech’ initiative. We want build up a legal app
containing legal information, legal function ,legal help, Imminent legal
guide and Virtual law firm based on technology which will create a
completely new & diverse era of legal functioning.
 Our initiative is to change the prejudice notion and create a new
dimension by making legal function getting merged with technology.
Henceforth we may hope to have compatibility in the 21st century.

9. A.THE CONCEPT OF THE
PROJECT:
 This is a legal tech initiative with the
motive to provide information about legal
remedies, legal system of Bangladesh and
legal practitioners, to the common people.
This is also a 24 hours emergency legal
advocacy and consultancy system. Our aim
is to merge law with technology so that
people can have access to legal aid
(counseling and professional legal
support) whosoever & wheresoever they
need.

10. B.PROPOSITION OF THE
PROJECT:
 Our initiative is to build up a “Virtual Legal Advocacy
App (VLAA)”. Our initiative is to provide common help
basically to the general mass lawyers. So taking in to
accout everyone’s common understanding & as a
tribitute our pride, our mother language we want to
build the app basically in Bangla. We will focus on two
categories, such as: 1. Lawyers and 2. Common people
who need legal aid. Our prime focus will be to enhance
availability of the legal practitioners in front of common
people through online who need it. We want to change
the traditional prejudice of law practice notion where
people have to take so many hassles to reach at the
door of the Legal practitioners. We want to provide that
care easily available to everyone.

12. 1.How It Will Work to Provide
Legal Information:
It will help clients to get access to all kind of legal information. All they need to
it to install app free of cost and directly go through it. They will not need any
User ID or password. We will include information about different Legal terms
and terminologies, rights of the citizens, constitutional duties and
responsibilities of the citizens, overview of the civil and criminal court system,
brief information about how to file a civil and criminal case, catalogues of
local lawyers (target is to make the catalogues on each upazilla or police
station or ward basis), information on important contact numbers such as
contact numbers of government organizations, human rights organizations,
international human rights organizations etc.

13. 2.How It will Help to Get
Clients Online:
As it is based upon Content management System, it will let legal practitioners to
have promotion in a larger way at a lowest cost, which will help them getting
client through this app & enable them to build up their Law firm via online app,
which will pave the way of Online legal advising, an another practicing field.
They can add contents about their law firm, attorneys, customize the look of
the app, deal directly with clients, and sending legal notifications.
He will get access to a back-end CMS that walks you through the set up. Set up
is easy and straightforward.
This app will include these components:
Who We Are: This is where the app lists the service provider’s attorneys,
counsel, their contact information and their practice areas.
Where We Are: This shows his office or offices on Google Maps.
What We Do: The list of his practice areas & qualification.
Notifications: He can send notifications to clients — anything from appointment
reminders to firm news.
My Notes: Users can make and store notes here.
My Profile: The client inputs information here.

14. The clients can report an abuse or human rights violation through pre-set up tabs like
murder, extortion, land grabbing, domestic violence, cyber-crimes. These tabs will have
their sub-tabs as well with detailed list of different crimes.
It is necessary to set this all up in the CMS, where the lawyer will start with a tab labeled
“My Firm Profile.” There, the lawyer can enter basic information about the firm, add a
description, and upload a logo. You then go the “Address” tab and enter the addresses for
each of your firm’s offices. This provides the information for Google Maps to show his
location.
The next step should be to create “Categories,” which are his firm’s practice areas. From
there, he will add each of his attorneys. As he does, he associates the attorney with the
appropriate practice areas. He can include an attorney bio and photo.
There will be also a tab for adding clients. This allows him to set them up with a password.
The last tab is for sending notifications. Simply select who to direct it to, fill out the
information, schedule it, He will complete the procedure.
There will be a tab on the profile of the service provider named “Appointment’’. If anybody
appoints him, he will mark it ‘Appointed’.
There will be a push massaging system. There will also be Attorney App Sharing system
which will also allow his client base to share his attorney app via Facebook, Twitter, Text or
Email.

15. There will also be a system of ‘ATTORNEY FAN WALL’ which will
create a conversation with his own "Fan Wall" for you his FIRM.
Clients can post and discuss issues.
There will be a ‘Review System’. Clients will have the opportunity
to review the service.

of our product launch.
