4. Tel Aviv, Israel – January 13, 2022 – Shield (the Company),

compliance teams, today, after impressively bootstrapping
itself since its launch in 2018, announced it has closed a
$15 million Series A funding round led by Macquarie
Capital and OurCrowd with significant participation from
Mindset Ventures.
