3. Mobile Snatching
 Man is a social animal and is the combination of good and evil. A
man can’t control his desires and sometimes they take control
over his consciousness and moral values. Thus, he commits illegal
and unacceptable steps to fulfill his desires or needs which are
called crimes.

4. Statistical data:
o increased from last 10 years
o 3-4 mobiles per day
Reasons of mobile snatching:
oUnemployment/poverty
oExcessive usage of mobile phones on public places.
oShowing off expensive handsets.
oNegligence of law enforcement agencies towards it.
oGrowing market of 2nd hand mobile phones.
oLacking of education/awareness among people.

5. Mobile Snatching in Pakistan:
 One of the biggest victim around the world.
 21% people living below poverty line.
 In Sindh and Punjab, Mobile snatching is at its peak.

Jan 2014
o Powerful Gangs are really active in this criminal activity, they
work in groups.
o Police isn’t active enough to control over it.

 Ratio of mobile snatching is 35% among all street
crimes.
 Negative Political involvement.
 Bribery at peak, no fear of police.

 We can beat it if we join our hands together against it.
