- I worked on peoples applications when they are not able to figure it out
- I worked on IPhone,IPads,Desk tops , Laptops
- I was able to remote in and help the client and install software the
company supplied.
- I reset passwords and unlocked accounts
- I did follow ups if needed to make sure the client was happy with there
services.
- I made sure that they had access to company internet

- We refunded items if missing from order or not what expected
- We took credit card payments over the phone

inventory to help out.
- I would cover if a tech was out sick or on vacation.
- I would go in a do out dates and sometimes controlled outdates
- I would do evaluations of pharmacy before my boss would get there
- I would do third party insurance audits
- I would train New techs and Pharmcists
