Paneer Pasanda, a beloved Indian dish, has been reinvented by
creative minds in countless ways. In this blog, we'll embark on
a step-by-step culinary adventure to create a creatively crafted
Paneer Pasanda. From the marinade to the stuffing, and the
gravy to the garnish, each step will be an opportunity to infuse
your personal touch into this classic delight. So put on your
apron and let's dive into the world of imaginative Paneer
Pasanda!
INTRODUCTION:
While the paneer marinates, let's prepare the stuffing. In a
separate bowl, mix together crumbled paneer, finely
chopped nuts (such as cashews and almonds), raisins,
chopped coriander leaves, green chili, and a pinch of salt.
This delightful stuffing will add texture, crunch, and a burst
of flavors to the paneer slices.
Step 2: Preparing the Stuffing:

Paneer:
Take a marinated paneer slice and place a generous
