  4. 4. Protein Matrix products react with fat, oil and grease in pipes, sewers, grease traps, interceptors and lift stations to create a environmentally-benign byproduct that is compatible with sewage water treatment system infrastructure and processes. It's a two-step process. HOW IT WORKS
  5. 5. The proteins and peptides found in Protein Matrix IGR disrupt the intermolecular forces between FOG molecules, minimizing the formation of large, solid blocks of fat. STEP 1
