- 14. WhatsApp will not use the personal information of a WhatsApp user for commercial purposes without their consent.
- 15. WhatsApp DOES NOT allow people below the age of 16 years to join, unless given legal consent from a parent or a guardian (WhatsApp, 2012).
- 17. WhatsApp holds the right to change their Terms of Service at any time without notice and it is your responsibility to review these changes (WhatsApp, 2012).
