Some children expressed their feelings about the holiday, some imagined a meeting with Santa, everyone shared their emotions.

2. The Best Christmas Present
On Christmas Eve I waited near the Christmas
tree, because I didn’t want to lose Santa’s visit. It
was eleven o’clock, but Santa seemed to take his
time to visit me. I went to bed very sad, thinking
that Santa forgot to visit me.
However, at some point, I heard a little noise
near the fire place. Thinking that it was a robber
next to my tree I hit the person standing there with
a big candy cane ornament.

3. Surprisingly, the person looked like Santa...
‘Oh, no! I thought. I killed Santa! I’ll be on
the naughty list for sure!’ While I was crying a
voice replied to me: since you killed Santa, you
must deliver all the gifts, for all the children in
the world.
‘Great’, I said to myself. I put on Santa’s
red hat, I got up in the sleigh and the reindeers
took me to the next house.

4. After delivering all the gifts, I returned,
tired, at home. Santa was sitting on a chair
eating biscuits and drinking the milk I prepared
in the evening.
I asked for his forgiveness and asked him
not to put me on the naughty list. As I did a
good job with the gifts, he promised I’ll stay on
the nice (kids) list. That made me happy!

5. A Christmas Story
It was 25th of December. The morning
started nice and the sun was sparkling behind
the clouds. My brother woke up and he shook
me like a doll. I woke up and we ended up
making a lot of noise, so my parents woke up
too.
We quickly opened all the presents and we
were happy to see we received all that we
wanted.

6. In the afternoon I met my friends and we
talked about our presents and about the fact
that in the end we weren’t on the naughty list.
Back at home, the whole family gathered
and listened to carolers. The smell of oranges
and cake, the lights and the snow, made it the
best Christmas ever.

7. The Christmas Eve
Today is Christmas Eve. I’m so excited!
Santa Claus will come and will bring a lot of gifts.
During the night, when the kids sleep, he flies
with his sleigh. Of course, the reindeers and the
elves are waiting for Santa to deliver all the gifts.
My Christmas tree is decorated with a lot
of beautiful ornaments and the stars shine like
Christmas lights.

8. The snow is falling on the ground and the
snowflakes seem to dance.
I hope that Santa will be generous, just like
last year, after all we are already having a white
Christmas.

9. Christmas -my favorite holiday
On Christmas day everyone is busy with
something . Dad prepares some good dishes, mom
decorates with us the entire house and the
Christmas tree, that my grandfather brought.
The entire house smells like cinnamon and
baked cake, the traditional one that we call
cozonac.
Christmas is great!

10. Christmas
Along with Saint Nicholas day, Christmas is a
holiday loved by all the kids, not only for the
wonderful gifts that they receive, but also for the
great atmoshpere.
Carols, snow, baked cookies, the joy of Lord’s
birth make this holiday a very special one!

11. Christmas time
It’s Christmas again! I am happy to spend the
time with my family, as this is a very special holiday!
This year we’ll have a white Christmas, so we are all
enjoying the snow.
Since yesterday my mom started baking cakes
and several traditional dishes. Yesterday I helped
dad with the decorations.
Christmas Eve is special as we wait for
carolers to come by and we go to church to
celebrate Jesus’ birth.

12. During the night Santa will leave some
presents for us under the beautiful Christmas
tree.

13. Christmas
Christmas is beautiful! We put ornaments in
the Christmas tree, we build snowmen, we sing
carols and Santa comes.
During this holiday I visit my grandparents,
spend time with all my family and play with my
friends.
I love love Santa, because he is generous and I
like snowmen. Do you think that snowmen are
happy that it’s Christmas?

14. Christmas holiday
Christmas for me means family reunion
and the celebration of Lord’s birth.
On Christmas people go to church and sing
carols. We eat together, we build snowmen and
visit our relatives.
Christmas is a wondeful holiday!

15. Christmas
It’s Christmas night! I’m very happy. Mom
is baking sweets and cooking traditional dishes,
while I am waiting for Santa.
We all prepare presents as it is very nice to
share and seeing someone happy, makes us
happy too.
