their profiles, including their photos, skills, interests, languages and more. Let

language fluency.

The Honey admin analytics dashboard helps you quantify, measure and track
employee engagement. Plus, we’ll help you identify your most active, engaged
team members. All your team’s data is exportable as a .csv file.
Create a read-only topic for official news.
Honey topics can easily be set to read-only in the settings menu. Only admins
can post in read-only topics, making them great for official company news.

Create an Ask the Team topic for your employees to post in when they’re
facing a challenge. The community — including team members that might not

How to use Honey for Human Resources

  • 4. Ensure employees see important information. Honey’s pinned post feature allows admins to pin important news to the top of every employee’s feed. Employees will see the pinned posts upon login. Pinned posts will remain pinned until the employee marks the post as read.

 you. At the end of each week, Honey sends an important news email to all of your employees. These emails include all pinned posts, new additions to the Honey community, and new discussion topics.
  • 6. Make important info super-easy to find. Searching for an important file on a shared drive is a pain. Using Honey’s file upload and search features make it easy. We index the complete text of every file you upload. Employees will be able to find docs they need in no time.

  • 10. Create a read-only topic for official news. Honey topics can easily be set to read-only in the settings menu. Only admins can post in read-only topics, making them great for official company news. Informed employees are your best brand advocates and talent recruiters!
