2. PROJECT WORK DETAILS:
CLIENT: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, (1.8Year).
PROJECT #1: Project involves detailing of Backhoe Loader (BHL) cabin.
DESCRITION: Project involves detail designing, assemblies and its components in Sheet metal
Module in Unigraphics.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The scope of work is to develop new concepts considering optimization
techniques, taking reference of current backhoe loader (BHL) cabin.
Worked on components like FLOOR PANELS, WINDOW FRAMES,
MOUNTING BRACKETS, and ROOF TOP FRAME of BHL cabin by using
sheet metal and 3D modelling in NX.9.0&NX.10.0.
During the process capturing the cost reduction responsibilities.
Interaction with the CAE, NVH team members during the development of proto
to production release.
Coordinating with the testing team for development of product and solving the
issues in design aspect.
Preparing the E- BOM of a respective components and assemblies by using SAP.
Updating and releasing the 2D drawings in TeamCenter.
CLIENT: MAGNA SEATING ENGINEERING SERVICES INDIA, Pune (6months).
PROJECT #2: Working on Projects for Global clients like Chrysler, GM, and Ford.
DESRIPTION: Seating System components on Team Centre integrated NX8.5.
