Worked as “Sr.Executive-Marketing” in Synthokem Labs Private Limited, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad
from July-09 to Jan-16
Company profile: Synthokem Labs Private Limited is one of the Leading API manufacturing
companies in Southern Part of India. It has a market of 85% in Exports and 15% in Domestic.
Job Responsibilities:
International Marketing (2012- 2016):
• Acquiring Potential customers through Online Business to Business trading platforms
• Represent company in Conventions and Gatherings to acquire potential clients
• Sending quotations to Enquires received from International Buyers and Third party exporters.
• Coordinating with all the departments’ viz. Production, Quality Control & Quality Assurance
for status of finished product, Analysis reports, Product Samples and Quality certificates.
• Responsible to update Shipment documents and sailing updates to overseas customer
• Coordinating with forwarders and liners, for negotiation of Air and Sea Freight rates and
follow up the status of every shipment and updating to customers.
• Procurement of Wooden pallets and Plywood sheets for bulk drug cargo.
• Take quotations for raw materials from foreign suppliers, make comparative statements and
taking approvals for Import purchasing.
Logistic Executive (2009 to 2012):
• Responsible to get Air and Sea Freight Quotations from Freight Forwarding Agents and
preparing comparative sheets for LCL and FCL shipments.
• Follow-up Quality certificates with QC. Arrange for dispatch of Material from warehouse by
coordinating Production, Packing and Warehouse personnel.

2. • Inspecting the condition of specific consignments at container depots after palletization and
heat treatment/fumigation and container stuffing.
• Cross verification of freight bills as per quotations for each and every shipment and process
them to finance department.
• Updating Export shipment data in ERP.
• Monitoring Pre shipment and Post shipment documents of Exports.
• Responsible to get all required Post shipment documents as per Purchase Order (PO) or Letter
of Credit (L/C) terms and conditions.
• Dealing with Government bodies like Central Excise and DGFT for export related
transactions.
Had Privilege to represent Synthokem at Convention on Pharmaceutical Ingredients
CPhI Worldwide –Madrid in Oct- 2012, Frankfurt in Oct- 2013 and Paris in Oct- 2014

Achievements at Synthokem Labs:
• Acquired new client for Malaysian market by the end of 2013 and as an introduction sold 50kg
of our prime product, then increased 6 lots of 500kg each.
• Acquired U.A.E based customer and sold 2,400kg in 2014.
• Increased sales of Korean Market to 50% in Q3 over Q2 & Q1 in 2015
• Sold our premier product to Sudan for the first time.
• Entered into Pakistan Market with an agent and is under development stage. Sent supporting

• In talks with Kenyan Agent to introduce our product to Kenyan market. The project is under
development stage. Sent supporting documents and samples.
• As Logistic executive, Introduced new Forwarders to the company and cut logistics cost to
20% in 2010 and received appreciation letter from management and got a raise of 50% in the
yearly incremental process.
